Binzzin was born out of a simple idea — to hold on to the flavors of home, even when life takes us far from it. Food has always been a powerful reminder of identity, belonging, and community. Binzzin was born from this deep connection — to offer comfort, identity, and belonging through food. Our recipes are drawn from generations of wisdom, using ingredients that are locally sourced and lovingly prepared in small batches.

We start with pickles — a simple, yet powerful reminder of home. Nothing brings back a memory faster than the burst of tang, spice, and aroma from a spoonful of homemade achaar. More than a side dish, pickles are rich in flavor, tradition, and even healing.
