Returns & Refund Policy:
Once a customer has received the ordered product(s) and has accepted it as accurate and as per the original order placed, refund or exchange will not be possible. In case the product received is damaged please write to us at binzzinhomegrown@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) with your order number, date of delivery and relevant supporting images and/or videos. These must include an image of the shipping label and invoice. If the claim is genuine as verified by the delivery partner and us, we will issue credits for the amount pertaining to the order which you can use for future purchases on our website. In case, a customer would like a refund instead of the credit, the same shall be processed within 14 working days from the date of the mutual agreement to your original mode of payment.
Exchange /replace of items is only possible in case there has been a damage of the bottle and the customer would like to reorder the same product. No replacement will be provided based on taste, as taste is subjective. Just in case, the customer has received a wrong product, he/she will need to notify us by email within 24 hours, so we can process the application for return and replacement. Returns will be eligible only if the product is unopened, unused and in the original condition in which it was delivered.
Cancellation Policy:
We allow orders to be cancelled up to an hour after placing the order. If your order is cancelled before the product has been shipped, we will refund the total amount. However, if the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to address any cancellation requests, as edible items come with a specific shelf life and transit damages will render them unsuitable for reuse/resale.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion can cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Estimated Delivery Time is approximately 7-10 business days. In the event of any delay or default in such delivery, Binzzin Foods shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same. Binzzin Foods shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organization/s, manufacturers/shop etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond the control of Binzzin Foods.
